Stuart, Florida – September 25, 2014 – Paradigm Precision, a manufacturer of complex components for aerospace and gas turbine engines, has realigned its executive leadership team and named a new Chief Financial Officer to capitalize on the company’s significant growth over the past year and to prepare for future growth.

Fred DeCusatis joins Paradigm as its CFO. He brings 25 years of executive financial experience and aerospace expertise to the organization. Fred’s experience includes serving as the Vice President of Finance for Unison Engine Components, part of which was acquired by Paradigm Precision at the end of last year. Prior to joining Paradigm, he was the CFO at Borton-Lawson Engineering/Architecture in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Hiring Fred to serve as CFO for Paradigm, is like bringing him home,” said Greg Bennett, President and CEO of Paradigm Precision. “Although he is relocating from Pennsylvania to our headquarters in Florida, he already has a family of former Unison Engine Components employees here who will embrace having him on board.

Diane Lockhart, formerly the CFO, will become Paradigm’s new Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Human Resources. Scott Hundemer is transitioning from Supply Chain Vice President to the newly created role, Contract Management Vice President. Tracy Darrow, previously the Program Management Vice President, will transition to Supply Chain Vice President.

With the TurboCombuster Technology acquisition in 2012, and the Paradigm Precision Holdings and Unison Engine Components acquisitions in 2013, the organization has rapidly grown to 11 manufacturing locations and almost 2,000 employees.

We experienced a lot of growth in the past couple years and it’s time for us to address the needs of a growing organization,” said Bennett. “The changes we are implementing will allow us to focus on employee development and continue providing quality products, delivered on-time, at a competitive value to our customers.

Paradigm is a global manufacturing organization that manufactures and assembles gas turbine engines components. There are more than 60 employment positions open on the Paradigm career site. The positions range from Machinist to Program Engineers to Controller.
